Jai Michelle Louissen is a Scottish poet and fiction writer, singer songwriter and recording artist living on the west coast of The Netherlands. 

 

With an education in literature, systemic therapy and meditation, she writes about trauma identity and loss infused with Scottish landscapes, or dreamlike portals into wild protoceltic animist cultures and beliefs.

 

Published most recently in Acropolis Journal, Dust, Driech and The Heron Tree, Crow and Cross Keys  

 

Her first chapbook 'A Vision of Orchids' in 2022 published by Sunday Mornings At The River.
